Geofence Summary Report

This report is available from Reports > Usage Reports.

This report provides an aggregate summary of all assets within a geofence, including important details like trailer pool, trailer pool count, dwell, and excess dwell. It provides a comprehensive view of your assets in one convenient location.

This report provides a general view of the geofences within your fleet and allows you focus on efficiency and requirements, for example, you can see what the trailer pool count is (meaning how many assets you require at a geofence location) and if the requirement has been exceeded or is under the threshold. You will also notice the dwell column, which is tied to a geofence at the time of creation; this is how long you believe an asset should remain at a particular geofence location. You can set an alert based on the pool count and the dwell.
